Returns, Damaged or Defective Goods
Our policy in relation to Returns, Damaged or Defective Goods shall be as specified in Our standard Terms and Conditions for the supply of Goods and Services. We shall not accept returns for change of mind or if You make a wrong decision unless due to our negligence or incorrect information supplied by Ourselves. If the battery is found to be defective we will refund or exchange. If a refund is needed we will refund to the same form of payment. Eg If you used a credit card we will refund to that credit card.

3 days from time of purchase.

Battery MUST have NO physical damage.
Warranties only cover battery failure. It DOES NOT COVER a battery that has been abused, run flat or not used for it's intended purpose. All batteries must be bought back to the store (if reasonably possible) for testing.
If you are unsure of the orientation of the battery or it's the wrong size we are happy to exchange the battery as long as there has been NO damage done to the battery. Exchanges MUST happen within 3 days of purchase
